GIVING BACK

The Bridge Fund, a 501c3 non-profit was created in 2017 by Lisa Maloney, the founder of AVL Living as a way to provide financial assistance through real estate commissions.  Starting in 2018, 10% of each commission paid to AVL Living will be donated to The Bridge Fund. The 501c3 is managed by Helps Ministries (“Helps”) a non-profit, inter-denominational Christian ministry headquartered in Asheville, North Carolina. For SELLER and BUYER clients, they can select which organization they would like to have the donation directed towards.  Below are some of our favorites, but we will direct the funds where the client wishes.

HOW DO WE SELECT OUR FAVORITE CHARITIES TO FUND? 

Charity is focused on improving the lives of people through education, opportunity or housing.

Charity has VERY low overhead and administrative costs. We feel the funds should focus on the recipients, not the staff.
