Lisa Maloney
Lisa Maloney moved to Asheville in 2007 from Hilton Head, SC to give her daughters the opportunity to grow up with the lifestyle offered in Western North Carolina, Following a 21-year career in sales and marketing with IBM in New York and Atlanta, she wanted to follow her true passion – real estate. She enjoys building relationships with her clients whether they are selling or buying and loves “mentoring” other real estate professionals. She is a graduate of Leadership Asheville, a member of the Luxury Marketing Institute, WinDS (Women in Default Services) AREAA, and holds numerous REO and Short Sale Certifications. Most recently, she is a breast cancer survivor and hopes to inspire others on the journey. In 2017 she participated on Mission Hospital’s Cancer Advisory Board. In 2017, she launched “The Bridge Fund”, a non-profit focused on improving lives for people locally and around the world. A portion of all commissions are donated to “The Bridge Fund”. Her current passion is volunteering with the prison ministry at the Swannanoa Correctional Center for Women.

Samantha Jones
Samantha Jones is an Asheville native and has previously worked in accounting and financial positions. In 2016 she finally obtained her real estate license and enjoys the technology that AVL Living provides in working with buyers and sellers. Her passion is giving back to her community and the Christian mission projects she supports around the world. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, camping, and kayaking with her family. Her dedication and thoroughness with her clients are what has many of them providing her with referrals.
Jannai Aguiar
Born and raised in Florida, he lived internationally for many years. Prior to moving to Asheville, he lived in Delray Beach, Florida. He enjoys working with 1st Time Homebuyers and buyers interested in renovating properties. He enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter and is fluent in Hebrew and Portuguese.
Lynn Wells
Lynn Wells was born and raised in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. She spent her summers in Western North Carolina and fell in love with the mountains. In 2000, she was able to move to the mountains with her husband, Bill and son Alexander. She manages the staff of the real estate office and loves her interaction with clients during the process of selling their home and also working with clients who are moving to the area. She assists with the foreclosure business and works with the bank asset managers. Her previous 15 years as a mortgage underwriter for Bank of America provided her with the skills required in this complex area of real estate. In her free time, she enjoys traveling both throughout the U.S. and internationally. These travels convince her that she lives in the most beautiful and peaceful place possible.
Andrea Schmitt
Andrea Schmitt recalls fond memories of spending summers as a child with her grandparents in the mountains of Western North Carolina. She was raised in Southwest Florida but moved to the Highlands-Cashiers area full time in 1987 and embarked on a twenty year culinary adventure, creating and developing Wild Thyme Restaurant. She enjoyed creating recipes and meeting customers from all over the country that enjoyed the farm-inspired cuisine and exploring the beautiful mountains. In 2011, Andrea began a new adventure, spending her days in the diverse and enchanting Asheville area. “The people, the art, the farms, and the modern yet still historical downtown, Asheville is a creative vibe that feels real, and has an amazingly eclectic mix of all the best that life has to offer”. Andrea loves to introduce out of town clients to the area. Her focus is also working with investors, tapping into the high demand in the area for renovated properties and rentals. Andrea balances her time with her husband and two children between Asheville and Highlands.
